What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the spatialthinking.ai website and the Spatial Thinking desktop application (the “Software”). By using either, you accept these terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the Software. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or remove notices from it, except where the law says you may.

Price

The Software is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, their price and payment terms will be set out before you buy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own data, for the automations you build, and for complying with the terms of any third-party service you connect the Software to. Do not use the Software unlawfully.

Your content and data

Your work stays on your machine (see the Privacy Policy). You keep all rights to your content; we claim no ownership of it.

No warranty

The Software and website are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to £100). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Ending your use

You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these terms.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
